How We Compare to Other Service Providers

Many other service providers charge €250–€350 per hour + VAT. Where a case runs from internal grievance or disciplinary stages through to a Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) hearing, the total cost often falls between €7,000 and €14,000 + VAT, regardless of the outcome.

These services often:

  • Focus on legal submissions without providing practical support through internal HR processes
  • Do not offer document drafting (such as grievances, responses, or appeals)
  • Do not include employee coaching, strategy advice, or emotional support during critical stages
  • Require upfront commitments or high retainers without flexible payment options

At WorkplaceDisputes.ie, we aim to offer a more complete and accessible service:

  • Transparent pricing
  • Support from the first internal meeting to potential WRC proceedings
  • A focus on strategy, procedural fairness, and positioning—not just legal arguments
