About Us.
Helping Employees Through Difficult Workplace Situations.
No one expects to find themselves in a workplace dispute.
Whether it's a disciplinary meeting, bullying, discrimination, redundancy, performance concerns or unfair dismissal, it can be stressful, confusing and often feel overwhelming.
Why We Started.
WorkplaceDisputes.ie was created because we recognised that many employees simply don't have access to the same support as their employer.
Employers often have HR departments, legal advisers and experienced managers to guide them through workplace issues. Employees are frequently left to deal with the process on their own, often at a time when they are already under significant pressure.
We wanted to change that.
Our aim is to make professional workplace support more accessible, more affordable, and easier to understand, giving employees the opportunity to protect their position and make informed decisions.
What We Do.
We support employees from the first signs of a workplace problem through to its resolution.
This may include:
- Advice before problems escalate
- Support during disciplinary or grievance procedures
- Drafting workplace correspondence and formal documents
- Performance management and workplace investigations
- Settlement discussions
- Representation before the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC)
- Workplace immigration support
Whatever stage you're at, our role is to help you understand the process and guide you through it.
Why We're Different.
Unlike many HR consultancies that advise employers, we work exclusively with employees. That means every service we provide is designed to help employees understand their options, protect their position and navigate workplace disputes with practical, expert guidance.
Our background in employee relations, workplace advocacy and employment dispute resolution means we understand both how workplaces operate in practice and how employment law applies to the situations employees face every day.
We believe good advice should be clear, honest and practical—not filled with legal jargon.
Our goal is simple: to help you make informed decisions, reduce uncertainty, and give you the best opportunity to achieve a fair outcome.
Our Values.
Everything we do is guided by four simple principles that shape the way we work with every client:
- We listen before we advise.
- We explain things in plain language.
- We provide honest and practical guidance.
- We put our clients at the centre of everything we do.
Our aim isn't simply to help people through a dispute—it's to help them make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcome for their circumstances.
We're Here to Help.
If you're not sure what to do next, start with a free initial telephone consultation. We'll listen to your situation, explain your options and discuss how we may be able to help.
